Hotel Policies 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 7 days before the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 7-day cancellation policy will not be refunded. 

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. A one-night stay is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Pet Policy

No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted and must be under the handler’s control at all times.

Age Policy

You must be 21 or older to make a reservation at The Village Inn and Pub. Additionally, The Village Inn and Pub is an adults-only facility. All guests must be age 16 or older to stay at the hotel.

After Hours Policy

The Village Inn and Pub's front desk closes in the evenings and does not re-open until early morning. Should you require assistance after the front desk has closed for the night, please call our after hours phone number, 912-634-5428.

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

Do you offer parking?

The Village Inn & Pub offers guests off-street parking, which is included in the amenity fee.

What is the amenity fee and what does it include?

The amenity fee is $20 per room per night, plus tax, and includes off-street parking, daily continental breakfast, coffee and tea in the main Cottage, pool towels, beach chairs, and coolers and carts for guest use.

Do you allow smoking on property?

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms, the pool deck, or the property's courtyards.

Is there a bar at your hotel?

Yes! The Pub is open daily. Please visit The Pub's page on the website for current hours and offerings.
