    • Each of our 28 guest rooms have their own special flair since many times the builders needed to move around one of the ancient Live Oaks or move a few feet in order to preserve the massive root structures of surrounding trees.

    Uniquely, each of our rooms is named after an historical individual that has had some significant impact on St. Simons Island such as James Hamilton, Eugenia Price, James Edward Oglethorpe, or Mildred Nix Huie. Each room has historical elegance with its soothing color schemes and majestic crown moldings. The rooms are eloquently appointed, each having a custom built armoire that houses the 27" television.

    Each room has a desk with work space for last minute business or correspondence. We offer high-speed wireless internet service to our guests. They also have an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and soft, cozy robes for your comfort during your visit.You may chose two double beds, a luxurious king or a spacious queen bed, for a soothing and restful sleep. Some of the rooms have relaxing leather chairs to stretch out in after a full day of sightseeing.Most of the rooms have a quaint balcony with a view of the pool and courtyard that is filled with colorful flowers and bright native foliage or a view of the historical Village.All of the rooms are smoke free. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies.
